TO ASHES

With the catholic confession as my inspiration, this space is meant for one to write their deepest sins, regrets, or sufferings. They do this to then watch their script of repentance burn to ashes, signifying a release of negativity, uplifting one’s mind and spirit. With the slight sound of the crackling fire and sizzling paper added with a somber palette, manipulation of light and the remains of the disintegration of remorse, becomes a warm peaceful ambiance for one to be immersed in tranquility and deep thought through the musing of their life.
